- Contact information (name, email, company, phone) — provided when you complete a pre-session form, contact us directly, or book a session via Google Calendar. Used to deliver and prepare for your session.
- Session-related information — notes and materials you share during a session, used solely to provide the service you have engaged us for.
- Booking data — collected via Google Calendar when you book a session. Google's own privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform.
- Website usage data — basic analytics and cookies set by tools embedded on this site (including Google Calendar booking links). See our cookie section below.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Under GDPR, we process your personal data on the following bases:
- Contract — to deliver the services you have purchased or enquired about.
- Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries and improve our services.
- Consent — for any marketing communications, where you have opted in.
HOW WE STORE AND PROTECT YOUR DATA
Your data is stored securely using Google Workspace (including Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar) and Notion. Both platforms are GDPR-compliant. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Session notes and Notion-based materials are accessible only to you and to Richard Fox of Digital Sales Made Simple Ltd.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. Client records are retained for six years after the end of a client relationship in line with Irish commercial obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

1. WHO WE ARE
These terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by Digital Sales Made Simple Ltd, an Irish-registered company trading as Revenue Execution ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
2. OUR SERVICES
We provide B2B sales advisory services, including individual diagnostic sessions, team accelerator programmes, and related consultancy. Services are delivered remotely via Google Meet unless otherwise agreed. All sessions are conducted directly by Richard Fox. We do not sub-contract delivery to third parties.
3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
Sessions are booked via our online booking system. Payment is required in advance of your session unless otherwise agreed in writing. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session are non-refundable. You may reschedule once within 14 days at no extra charge.
- If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or alternative date.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
We treat all information shared during sessions as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal or commercial information to any third party without your consent, except where required by law. For team programmes, individual seller session content is not shared with the commissioning manager. Only aggregated, anonymised patterns are included in the team debrief.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our services provide advisory guidance based on information you share with us. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, including increases in revenue, pipeline, win rate, or any other sales metric. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any session or programme is limited to the fees paid for that specific session or programme. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profit claims arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Any materials, frameworks, or Notion templates we create and share with you during a session are for your personal commercial use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used to deliver services to third parties without our written consent.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
